1. Reservation.
When making a reservation you should expect to pay a deposit (normally between 10% & 40% of the total rental rate) to secure the reservation. If at the time of making the reservation it is less than 4 weeks away from occupying the villa, then the whole amount is to be paid immediately to confirm the reservation.
2. Deposit.
The deposit would normally be paid by either cheque or by bank transfer, or what ever means determined. We would then confirm the booking and send a receipt of payment by letter and/or email.
3. Balance of Payment.
The balance of payment is normally expected to be paid 4 to 6 weeks prior to the start of renting the villa. In the case of long term occupancy (more than 3 months) then an agreement can be made between the two parties.
4. Privacy.
We shall need your name, address, telephone and or email address for correspondence. We are committed to your security and we promise that the information you give us will be stored safely and securely and never be passed onto a third party.
5. Arrangements.
When your reservation is confirmed we shall forward by post and or email, details of the full address of the villa, direction and contact details of our local representative. We will also make arrangements for the key’s of the villa to be giving to you on your immediate arrival.
